Want to Kick Your Diet Up a Notch, Without Adding A Lot of Fat and Calories?

Southwestern salsa

Most diets are made up of bland, boring foods. Enjoy eating again, without the calories. Most salsas contain only 10 calories per serving, or 10 calories per two tablespoons. Salsa gives healthy eaters plenty of options to spice up otherwise boring foods. How are people kicking meals, and snacks, up a notch with spicy and flavorful salsas?

Meals

Most people think of salsa as a snack food. What is salsa? Most salsas are made using tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Salsa can be easily added to foods to make up delicious meals. How? Spice up breakfast by adding classic mild salsa dip to two scrambled eggs. The protein packed breakfast contains fewer than 240 calories. Preparing dinner? One of the best, and easiest, recipes using salsa is grilled salmon with mango peach salsa, and it contains only two ingredients, grilled salmon and salsa.

Flavorful Snacks

Eating salsa and chips does not limit your options. Recipes with salsa dip, or salsa dip recipes, are not restricted to tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Salsa comes in many different varieties, including black bean salsa, corn salsa, mango salsa, pineapple salsa, jalapeno salsa, and a number of different southwestern salsa recipes. Dieters can easily add a little variety to snacks by choosing different types of salsa.

Diets do not have to bland and restricting. Eat well, eat healthy, and enjoy your food by adding flavorful salsas, like classic mild salsa dip, to snacks and meals. Continue.
